Allen Douglas Carter, Jr., 25 years old, was taken too soon from us on September 6, 2023. Allen was born in Sacramento, CA on August 22, 1998. He recently moved to Las Vegas from Reno, NV with his fiancee Debbie as well as their two children, Robin Charles and Julian James, to attend UNLV. Allen had a bright future ahead of him. He received love and gave love, unconditionally. He was a talented self-taught pianist, and had an affinity to beautifully play any instrument he tried. He was a loving son, incredible brother, involved father, and devout partner. He had many loves; Debbie, his kids, his family and his Ninja motorcycle. Family members recall how articulate and well spoken he was. Dressed in suits and ties, he always left the house with style and confidence. As his grandmother best put it, he was her 'fine piece of leather all put together'. Allen had a beautiful smile, and made efforts to make others smile. He loved his sons dearly, and carried more than his load of parenthood through long, sleepless nights and taking them to doctor's appointments. He is dearly missed by friends and family, and we ask that you please smile and pray for him. Allen is survived by fiancee Debbie De Vicente, their two children, Robin Charles and Julian James; his parents, Allen Carter Sr. and Christine Carter; siblings Malissa Carter, Alicia Carter, Alton Carter, Loreon Carter, Ruben Forde, Allen Carter II and Lortisa Carter.
