Anthony 'Tony' Choi, born on May 24th, 1946, in Wahiawa, HI, peacefully departed this world on December 27th, 2023, in Las Vegas, NV, after a valiant and brief battle with bone cancer. He was surrounded by the love of his family and the cherished memories of a life well-lived. After proudly serving in the Navy, Tony embraced the responsibility of leading the family business alongside his brother Melvyn, Big Way Burger, where he dedicated himself to its success. Tony was married to the love of his life, Shirley, for an incredible 55 years. Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Shirley Choi, and their two daughters, Stephany Choi, and Joni Choi (Brian) Kurata. His legacy lives on through his adoring grandchildren: Keana, Sophia, & Nicholas Shadwell, and Brody & Carson Kurata. Tony will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace, his spirit forever alive in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
