Bettina Alicia McKinney, age 72, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Bettina was born December 25, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a daughter of William and Jacqueline McKinney. She was a singer in her lifetime, singing backup vocals for Dionne Warwick, Tina Turner, and Esther Phillips among other notable artists. She also worked as an iron worker. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter and friend. She leaves behind family and friends who will miss her greatly. She was truly loved. She is survived by two children, Tiffany McKinney and Brock McKinney of Las Vegas, NV, as well as her sister Brenda McKinney and Jerrina McKinney. She joins in eternal salvation her siblings James Arthur, Yolanda, and Marquetta, as well as her parents William and Jacqueline. Celebration of life services are bring planned.
