Bonnie Rae (Clifford) Biscoe, age 80, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2026.
Born on December 1, 1945, in Lansing, Michigan, Bonnie was the daughter of Elmer Clifford and Annabell (Graham) Moreland. She graduated from J.W. Sexton High School in Lansing, Michigan, and later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
On August 4, 1978, Bonnie married the love of her life, Joseph William Biscoe, in Valdosta, Georgia. Together they built a life centered on family, faith, and service to others.
Throughout her career, Bonnie worked in several professions, most notably at Bay Pines Veterans Administration in Bay Pines, Florida. She later retired from the South Carolina Department of Social Services after many years of dedicated service.
Bonnie found joy in life's simple and meaningful moments. She loved reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family. Her greatest happiness came from supporting her beloved grandchildren. She could almost always be found cheering from the sidelines at their sporting events and activities or attending church alongside her daughter and grandchildren.
A woman of deep and abiding faith, Bonnie was raised as a Christian and was received into the Catholic Church on April 20, 2019. She became a devoted member of St. Viator Catholic Church, where she faithfully volunteered as a Eucharistic and Hospitality Minister. She was also active in the Drama Ministry, Women's Guild, and the Catholic Daughters of America, serving both as Recording Secretary and Financial Secretary.
Bonnie is survived by her loving daughter, Edith (Biscoe) Farmer of Henderson, Nevada; her cherished grandchildren, Corbin Farmer and Tess Farmer, both of Henderson, Nevada; her sister, Kathie Clifford of Lansing, Michigan; her half-brother, Paul Clifford of Anderson, Indiana; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Biscoe; her mother, Annabell (Graham) Moreland; her father, Elmer Clifford; her stepmother, Bette Clifford; her sisters, Dorthea Clifford, Barbara Holmer, and Cora Clifford; her brother, Emory Clifford; and her son-in-law, Christopher Farmer.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121.
A Burial Service will take place on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744 (Section B, Site 655).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Viator Catholic Church.
