Bridget Rene Ashmore (nee Vardaman), 68, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away on December 27, 2025, surrounded by love.

Bridget was born on June 6, 1957, in Brownwood, Texas, to Mina Elizabeth Robinson Vardaman and James Welch Vardaman. She was the eldest of three daughters and grew up in Texas, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for learning and reflection.

She earned a degree in History from Baylor University, a pursuit that reflected her natural curiosity and interest in understanding the world and the people in it.

Bridget devoted her life to her family. A homemaker by choice, she lovingly raised her two daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 38 years, Timothy R. Ashmore; and her sisters, Kirsten Turner and Page Cupper.

Bridget is survived by her daughters, Brienne Sullivan of Henderson, Nevada, and Hillary Ashmore of Kingsland, Texas; her granddaughter, Hailey Sullivan of Austin, Texas; and her great-grandsons, Pierce Parks and August Parks.
