Brooklyn Levi Taylor passed away peacefully on October 5, 2026 just 2 days after taking her first breath.

She was born at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, NV surrounded by her family.

Brooklyn is loved and cherished by her mommy, Hannah, her daddy, Kane, and her loving grandparents, aunties and uncles.

Our sweet girl will never be forgotten and will remain in our hearts until the end of time. Your family hopes you know that we are looking up at you just as much as you are looking down at us.
