Beloved mother and grandmother Camille (Corbridge) Tiffe, age 76, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Camille lived a full and varied life. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on April 12, 1950, to the late Theron and Anona (Atkinson) Corbridge. Growing up in Salt Lake, Camille developed her love for music, dancing and performance and was as a soprano in the choir and a violinist in the orchestra. Shortly after high school, Camille took a tremendous leap and auditioned for the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus when it was performing in her hometown. As a showgirl, Camille performed in web acts, danced in large production numbers, and served as ambassador for the circus through parades and public appearances. She loved all aspects of performing and traveling with the circus for those ten years – the elaborate costumes, the celebrity encounters, the friends she made, and the many new places she was able to visit around the country.

After the circus, Camille set off on her next adventure – a move to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she lived for the rest of her life. She pursued a brand new career as a “21” Blackjack dealer, first at Sam’s Town and then at the California Hotel. Her outgoing personality, quick sense of humor, and attention to detail made her a player’s favorite. After many years dealing at the California, she was promoted to floor supervisor, a position she held until her retirement from gaming in 2003. Her favorite aspects of that career of over twenty years were the fact that every day was different and that she had the chance to meet people from all over the world.

After leaving gaming, Camille took advantage of the opportunity to pursue her crafting and sewing interests, eventually working for a local craft store. She also helped care for her granddaughters when they were young. For the last twelve years of her life, Camille split her time between Las Vegas and living with family in Tennessee.

Camille’s legacy is the love and support she gave her children and grandchildren. She planned her work schedule around being home after school for each of her daughters and never missed a choir performance or school event. She instilled in them a love of musicals, games, sewing, crafting and Disney and continued to enjoy those interests with them even as they became adults and formed their own families. Her daughter Kristen will always remember playing candy “21” at slumber parties, the secret recipe for the best Rice Krispie treats, Tuesday date nights, and making baby clothes quilts together. Her daughter Patricia will always remember being read stories while imitating the characters’ voices, watching I Love Lucy and old musicals, picking out material and designing costumes for school musicals and choir, and getting surprise treats in lunches and care packages from elementary school through college.

Her granddaughters will remember that she never turned down a chance to play a game with them, tell them a funny anecdote from her childhood, or buy them ice cream. Madelyn loved their day-long shopping trips, Noelle cherished making the annual Christmas wreath together, and Onora appreciated that Grandma always let her win at games. Her birthday gifts always came with a big bow, a hand-lettered card and a story. She was the best at designing Halloween costumes, making mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving, fixing blankies, finding anything that was lost, and playing pretend. She loved being a grandma and described it as one of the greatest joys of her life.

Camille was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Jana, Dennis and Ted, and her dear friends who became family, Don and Pat Dieck.

She is survived by her children, Kristen (Louis) and Patricia (Kevin), and her granddaughters, Madelyn, Noelle and Onora, along with her dear friend Patrick and siblings Sue and Teresa. She will forever be in our hearts and with us through the many decorations and gifts she made us.
