Danny Ray Mueller, age 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. He was born on May 21, 1953, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Edward Mueller Sr. and Jessie Carter, both of whom preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his brother, Edward Harold Mueller Jr., and his first wife, Janice Lorraine Farrington. Dan proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and later retired from Tesla, working part-time at O'Reilly Auto Parts. He had a passion for muscle machines, slot cars, and minibikes, and always found joy in helping others. He was a devoted fan of the Kansas City Royals and the Kansas City Chiefs. Dan is survived by his beloved wife, Donna Lynn McKean, whom he married on September 12, 1997, in Kansas City, Missouri. He also leaves behind his children: son Johnathan (wife Stacey, grandsons Jackson and Lucas) of Lynnwood, WA; daughter Tyanna Hickey (partner Alberto Zamora, grandchildren Gasia and Adrian) of Hayward, CA; daughter Mechelle Hickey (granddaughter Sadie) of Summerlin, NV; and daughter Alisha (husband Arin, grandson Skylar) of Westport, WA. He was also the loving companion to his pet and best shadow, Bandit. "So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy."
