Deborah Alice Vassallo (nee White) passed away peacefully on October 12, 2024. Debbie was born in Glendale, Queens, NYC on September 16 1949 to Lillian and Milford White. She graduated from Richmond Hill High School and worked in the grocery, food services and medical assistance field for much of her life. She spent over 20 years proudly working as a group home manager and aiding disabled young adults become self-sufficient. She moved to Las Vegas from NY in 1987. She married her husband, Peter, in 1995. Together, they happily lived with their many dogs for 29 years in Henderson, NV. Debbie was a devoted Sam's Town patron and a regular sight at the Bingo parlor. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Peter Vassallo of Henderson; sister Judith White Cappoccia of Moscow, PA; nephew Robert Wittmann and family in Haddon Township, NJ; and niece Laura Pasquini and family in Kingston, PA. Deborah will be laid to rest at the Veterans Cemetery in Boulder City, NV.
