Our loving husband and father, Dennis Cicala, passed away peacefully at home on August 02, 2025, after a brief illness. Dennis was born in Boca Raton, FL, but lived many years of his life in Kansas City, MO and Las Vegas, NV. Dennis lived an interesting life full of many adventures over the years, but his very favorite place to be was at home with his family. Dennis was a wonderful and supportive father and took much pride in his two sons, Ben and Max. He spoke of his love for his wife and sons constantly, and they were undoubtedly the accomplishment he was most proud of! As much as he loved his family, Dennis was also a beloved friend to many. His kind, generous, and supportive actions have reverberated across the Las Vegas Valley for many years. He was quick-witted, gave great hugs, and had an unmistakable laugh. Dennis loved "the simple life": time with friends and family, good food and good music, a glass of single malt scotch, and maybe a cigar. Dennis is the loving husband of 20 years to his wife, Jennie (Ondra) Cicala; devoted father of Ben Cicala and Max Cicala; beloved sibling of Marie Turner, Carol Jeroy, and Gus Cicala, Jr; devoted son of the late Gus Sr. and Rose Cicala; fond son-in-law of Ronald and the late Carol Y. Ondra; and his cherished late best friend, Jerry Zimmerle. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cicala family or to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
