Gary C. Davis, born on February 3, 1940, went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2024. After many years as a general contractor in Illinois, he relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1992. While there, he was involved in various sales companies and achieved great success. It is no secret that he loved the Lord and faithfully attended church until his health prevented him from doing so. His mother and father, Cecil Davis and Evelyn (Long) Davis, as well as his brother, Don Davis, all preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Virginia (Ginny) Davis, his son Rusty (Teri) Davis, daughter Cathy (Rob) Sigmen, daughter Cindy Davis, son Gary Davis, daughter Teresa (Jeff) Lewis; many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In addition, he raised several children that he considered like his own. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on November 16, 2024, at GC First Assembly of God in Granite City, Illinois.
