Ping was born on September 23, 1960, in China to Run Liang and Mei Juan SiTu. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she married her beloved husband, Kwai H. Lee, in Los Angeles, California, and together they built a life full of love, family, and shared memories.

She brought humor, warmth, and strength into every room she entered. Fearless and full of encouragement, Ping never hesitated to support those in need and inspired others with her confident and generous nature.
