She is survived by her only son, Christopher, who was the joy of her life. Jamie was a loving and caring mother, known for her gentle spirit and nurturing heart. She dedicated much of her life to serving others, having worked as a third-generation waitress, where she excelled in creating welcoming experiences for her patrons. Beyond her professional life, she was a devoted caregiver, particularly passionate about caring for people and dogs. Jamie cherished her beloved dog, Marigold Astrid, who passed away in 2019, and her love for animals remained a fundamental part of her life. Growing up in Southern California, Jamie attended school to become a travel agent, showcasing her adventurous spirit and love of exploration. She enjoyed dining at various restaurants with Christopher, creating lasting memories over shared meals and laughter. Jamie also adored spending time with friends and their dogs at the dog park, where her radiant smile and contagious laugh brought joy to everyone around her. Jamie Sue Tamura will be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and the light she brought into the lives of those she touched. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
