Janet Alonzo Moline, 69, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026.

Born in Seattle, Washington, she was the daughter of Peter and Jean Alonzo. Janet spent most of her life in the Seattle area before later relocating to Henderson, Nevada. She was known for her compassion, devotion to family, and care for others.

Janet shared 45 years of marriage with her husband, Butch (Richard) Moline. Together they built a life centered on love and family.

She was a devoted mother to Jill and Erik (Narine), and a proud grandmother to Brynn, Hannah, Natalie, and Ivar. Her grandchildren brought her immense joy, and she cherished every opportunity to spend time with them.

Janet was a proud graduate of Kennedy Catholic High School and worked as a histotech for more than 40 years, dedicating her career to supporting patients and the medical community. She took great pride in her work and earned the respect and admiration of colleagues.

She was an avid soccer player who remained active well into adulthood. Among her favorite pastimes was camping at Kalaloch, where she enjoyed the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and made lasting memories with family. Her Catholic faith guided her throughout her life.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Rita and Myra.

She is survived by her husband; her children and grandchildren; her sisters, Laura, Ardie, and Darlene; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Janet will be remembered for her gentle spirit, love of family, and quiet strength.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held.

Though she will be deeply missed, Janet's love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
