Joan Frances Stoffers, lovingly known as "Joanie," passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada, after a long and courageous battle with illness. She was 92 years old.

Born on July 9, 1933, in WillowTownship, Greene County, Iowa, Joanie dedicated her life to the care and well-being of others. She worked as a registered nurse for an impressive 47 years, during which she became a certified oncology nurse. Known for her compassion and gentle touch, she provided kind and loving care to countless patients and their families throughout her career.

Joanie shared 45 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Larry Stoffers. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. One of their most cherished chapters was the time they spent living in Sedona, Arizona-a place that brought them peace and joy.

She leaves behind her devoted husband, Larry, and her children, who will forever carry her love and memory in their hearts.
