Our beloved brother, son, and uncle, Justin Bradly Diether (age 54) passed away in Mesa, Arizona on January 9, 2026. Justin was born on June 11, 1971 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Phyllis and George Diether. He was the second of ten children. Justin was raised in Las Vegas with his siblings, Andrew, Karl, Jeanette, Ammon, Hyrum, Driel, Lorein, Chandler, and Breezy (Vriean). Justin graduated from Basic High School in 1989. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Philippines Quezon City West Mission from 1990-1992. Justin graduated with his Master's in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1997.
Justin's first job out of college was at Intel where he worked for the next twenty-seven years as a processor design engineer. In his time at Intel, he had a positive impact on many people, earned numerous awards and was part of a team awarded a patent in 2006. After retiring from Intel, Justin began working at Synopsys as a Senior Staff Engineer. Justin was passionate about his work and many other things. He worked hard and played hard. He was also an avid weightlifter, peaking at bench pressing nearly 400 pounds. He found a lot of joy in food and spending time with family. Justin was a very loyal person, and he was fiercely devoted to his family. He helped all his family, and he was especially attentive to his mom and his sister and her six children.
Justin is survived by his mom, Phyllis Diether. He has seven living siblings: Karl Diether of Provo, Utah, Jeanette Ray of Montpelier, Idaho, Ammon Diether of American Fork, Utah, Hyrum Diether of Las Vegas, Nevada, Driel Andersen of Longmont, Colorado, Lorein Crall of Seattle, Washington, and Vriean (Breezy) Taggart of Laramie, Wyoming. He is preceded in death by his father, George Andrew Diether (2021), and his two brothers and best friends, George Andrew Diether II (1999) and Chandler Diether (2015).
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026. The Visitation will be at 10 am and the Funeral Service will be at 11 am at the Sun Valley Chapel (5100 E Sun Valley Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89122) with a Graveside Service at 2 pm at the Palm Eastern Cemetery (7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123).
