Karter Russell Jones, 15, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on November 5, 2025. He was born and raised in Las Vegas to his loving parents, Kelly Lee Halley-Jones and Russell Phillip Jones. Karter was a sophomore at Western High School. He will be remembered for his huge heart, gentle spirit, and the kindness he showed to everyone around him. Karter loved deeply and gave freely - he had a sensitivity and compassion that touched everyone who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Kelly Halley-Jones; his father, Russell Jones; and his sisters Keigan Long (23), Isabella Rojas-Jones (22), and Kloe Halley (21). He is also survived by Anthony, Abraham, and James, who were like brothers to him. Karter faced his struggles with depression with courage and heart, but his compassion and light will be what his loved ones remember most. His family takes comfort in knowing he was simply too good for this world.
