Kristy Anne Walters, 70, passed away on December 30, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born in San Francisco, California, she was the daughter of Mary Benjamin and Therin Rasmus. Kristy was preceded in death by her father Therin Rasmus, mother Mary Benjamin; her brother, Galen; and her husband, Tony Walters. She leaves behind her sister, Bonnie and husband Wayne; her sons, Jack and wife Stacye, Kelly and wife Jennifer; nephew Kegan, wife Allie and daughter Jade, niece Lacy, husband Paul and son Oden, and her greatest pride and joy-her grandchildren, Josephine, Olivia, and Edward. Kristy retired in 2020 from Arizona Charlie's, where she worked as a cashier and made countless friends along the way. She had a gift for conversation and never met a stranger. Whether at the gym, the grocery store, or standing in line anywhere, Kristy could-and would-strike up a conversation. She loved football, food, and her nearly daily gym routine, but nothing compared to her love of being a grandmother. Time spent with her grandchildren was never optional-it was everything. She showed up, every chance she got. Services are pending.
