Martin was a native of Las Vegas, NV. He graduated from Clark High School in 1985 and UNLV with a BS in Political Science. He worked in the gaming industry. He was preceded in death by his parents: Herman Fisher and Margaret Callihan and his nephew Christian Fisher. He is survived by his brothers, Greg Fisher (Violet) and Eric Hall, his sister, Renee Hall, his nephew, Jordan Etzig and his niece, Gabriella Fisher. There are no services planned.
