Obituary

Paul Evan Gentry, born in Thomasville, Georgia, lived life in the fast lane-literally and figuratively. Known for the fastest, loudest cars and a personality to match, he left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His energy was contagious, his presence unforgettable, and his impact immeasurable. Paul was a devoted husband to Tammy Gentry, a loving father to Tabitha Gentry, Tanya Gentry, and Eric Gentry, and a proud grandfather to Addison, Dakota, and Paul. His love for anything with a motor was only rivaled by his love for his family. Whether he was building kits, sketching out his latest ideas, or tearing up the dance floor, Paul lived with passion and intensity. He played rough, laughed loud, and moved through life with a rhythm all his own. Paul was also a master of heavy machinery, working as a heavy machine operator for over 30 years. He operated some of the biggest and baddest machines out there, contributing to massive projects for some of the largest construction companies in the world. His skill and dedication to his craft were unmatched, and his work helped shape skylines and communities.
To honor Paul's incredible life, we invite family and friends to a Celebration of Life on March 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Tecopa Community Center located 400 Tecopa Hot Springs Rd, Tecopa, CA 92389.
Let's come together to share stories, laughter, and memories of a man who truly knew how to live. Paul wouldn't want us to mourn-he'd want us to rev our engines, turn up the music, and dance.
