Paul Nathan Katz, age 87, formerly of Columbus, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023. Paul was a graduate of East High School, attended The Ohio State University and was a former United States Army Sergeant and Reservist. Paul was the last of the original Katz Tire's family, past president of the Columbus Fraternal Order of Police Associates and a former member of Box 15 Fire Support. Paul is survived by his wife of 63 years, Bette, their son Randy (m. Melissa), daughter Tracy (m. Joel), 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Paul was a kind soul who instantly made everyone feel like an old friend from the first introduction. He had a fantastic sense of humor, was quick with a joke and loved to playfully tease his friends. He was a loving husband and father and will be deeply missed. Paul and Bette recently relocated to Las Vegas where services were held.
