Obituary

Robert DeGiusto, 71, passed away peacefully at home, with his wife Sharon at his side, suffering from a brief illness.

Robert was born on February 24, 1952, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He was the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth DeGiusto. Robert was a loyal Grenadier and played his heart out on the football field for G.A.R.

Robert and his brother, Frank, went on to open their own ravioli business, following their Italian ancestors footsteps. Robert then pursued different opportunities, and met the love of his life, Sharon, 2 years later. They were inseparable ever since and welcomed 2 daughters, who then became his world. His family was his life and as much as he enjoyed spending every minute with them, he still found time to enjoy his other interests in life. He never missed a Cowboys game, Pattes Spectators Club trips, weekly card games, and Super Bowl trips.

Robert will always be remembered for his sense of humor, quick wit, and never-ending embellished stories. Robert and Sharon decided to retire and move to Las Vegas 9 years ago.

Robert is survived by his wife Sharon of 48 years, his daughters Tara Marie and Ashlee, along with 3 grandchildren, Christopher, Kaden, and Nathan.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Elizabeth, and brother Frank.

A private service was held on January 18th, with his wife and daughters. Roberts favorite charity and his support was focused on St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. In memory of Robert, friends and family may donate
