Obituary

Salvatore Tribuzio, born April 26, 1944, was a beloved husband, father, friend, and cherished member of his family. He was called home by God on October 6 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and the love of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Salvatore was a former New York City Department of Corrections officer and proudly called Las Vegas home for more than thirty years. He shared 53 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Susan, who was by his side through life's many adventures.

Sal, as he was affectionately known, had a personality all his own. He loved the music of the 1950s and 1960s-and, in his opinion, that was the only music worth listening to! He enjoyed old tv shows and movies, and he certainly loved his BUFFALO slot machines. But more than any hobby or pastime, Sal loved his friends and family. The time he spent with the people he cared about was what mattered most to him.

Salvatore will be remembered for his loyalty, his humor, his strong personality, and the special place he held in the hearts of those who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories, laughter and love he shared will remain forever.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Susan, son Christopher (Las Vegas) and sister Jeanie Colontonio (New York) along with loving extended family and friends.

Rest peacefully, Sal. You were loved, you are missed, and you will never be forgotten.
