With the heaviest of hearts, we bid farewell to Sondra Marlene Coriene Kronick, 90, who passed away the morning of Saturday, April 6, 2024. Sondra, a great source of love and joy, had called Las Vegas her home for the past 13 years, bringing with her the vibrant memories from her years in Westlake Village, California, and her roots in Brooklyn, New York. Born on June 10, 1933, as the cherished daughter of Jack and Betty Coriene, Sondra embodied boundless love and warmth; she possessed an innate kindness that touched the hearts of not only her adored family but also her friends and all who had the fortune to cross her path.

Sondra found joy in socializing with friends, the lively steps of square dancing, the soulful melodies of country music, and the expressive world of fashion, where every occasion was an opportunity to don something new. Her favorite color was blue, a color that matched her beautiful blue eyes. She loved to knit, creating more than just garments but tokens of her affection and legacy. She was impressively sharp, had a quick wit and a wonderful sense of humor. Above all, Sondra lived for her children and grandchildren. She is deeply loved by her surviving children: Ellen Aebig and her husband Joseph, Colette Alderson and her husband Norton, Glenn Kronick and his wife Jennie and Cory Kronick. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Rachel and her husband Luis, Allan Jonah (AJ), Jacob (Jake) and Molly. Mom, Grandma and Nana, we love you forever and you will be sorely missed.

A virtual memorial service will be held by the family to celebrate Sondra's life on Sunday May 19, 2024 at 1pm.
