Stacy Mae Phillips of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away at St. Joseph's Transitional Rehabilitation Center in Las Vegas on Sunday, September 7th, 2025, at the age of 50, after a long battle with Huntington's Disease, her husband at her side. Stacy was born in Las Vegas on June 21, 1975, the beloved daughter of the late Raymond Lewis and Vickie Kay (Saunders) Chastain. She was married in Upton, Massachusetts, on August 8th, 2015, to Chad Phillips.
Stacy grew up in Las Vegas attending Bonanza High School. She had formerly worked at US Airways, Polo Towers, and Spirit Airlines as a customer service representative.
She is survived by her husband and her younger sister Jennifer, and was predeceased by her two older brothers, Raymond Lewis, Jr., and Aaron, as well as her grandparents Sibbley and Bertie M. (Lucas) Chastain and John T. and Ola Mae (Cloud) Saunders. She leaves a brother and sister-in-law, Corey and Kate Phillips, a niece and nephew Lillian and Brayden Phillips, all of Worcester, Massachusetts, as well as her in-laws Edward W. and Mary Jean Phillips of Upton, Massachusetts. She also leaves three nieces and three nephews, Alexandria, Sarah, Stephanie, Jacob, Christian and Robert "Bobby" Jr.
She liked going out to eat, attending baseball games, and watching her pet turtles. She also loved butterflies, holidays and giving gifts to everyone she knew. She had an endless love for her husband and her sweet tooth was always present right up until she passed.
