Sylvia Emilia Lopez, 72, passed away in Las Vegas, NV, on January 26, 2025. She was born on April 26, 1952, in Los Angeles, CA, to Belia and Frank Felix.

Sylvia was a devoted wife to Alfredo Lopez for 53 years. Their enduring love and partnership served as an inspiration to all who knew them. She was also a loving and supportive mother to Alfredo Lopez, Jr and cherished her relationship with his husband, Peter Kilgallen.

Family was the cornerstone of Sylvia's life, and she was dedicated to her many relatives. She created a warm and happy home, nurturing her family with love and care. Sylvia found joy in sewing, reading and TV series, and connecting with her numerous family members through long, heartfelt phone calls. She delighted in sharing memories and family history with loved ones. Sylvia was a pillar of strength and support, always there for her husband, son, son-in-law, brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. She will be deeply missed by many.

Memorial and burial services will be held in Las Vegas on Thursday and Friday February 13 and 14.
