A family man through and through, Tweedy is survived by his siblings Jenny, Maria, Martha (Marty), and Johnny. His legacy lives on through his children: Juanita Ramirez Diaz, Teofilo Ramirez III, and Esperanza Emilia Ramirez Meisner. He adored and was adored by his grandchildren Avery, Perfecto, Cesar, Tony, Noelle, Tatum, Teofilo Shane, Harmony, Zayda, Max, and great-grandchildren Maddux and Jade.
