Thomas Charles Osbeck, age 70, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023. Thomas was born April 16, 1952 in New York, a son of Donald and Barbara Jean Davis Osbeck. He was married to the love of his life, Anna Maria Papaianni. Tom owned a mortgage brokerage company. Tom was a fun, and fun loving man. He was known to his family taking goofy photos wearing various silly hats. He was a special and loved man, with a great sense of humor. He is survived by his spouse Anna Maria Osbeck; children, Lindsey (AJ) McConnell and Anthony Osinski, all of Las Vegas. He is predeceased by his parents and sister Janet Warner. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at Cortland Rural Cemetery in Cortland, NY.
