Thomas Takao Tonai 'Tom' of Las Vegas Nevada passed away on April 30, 2024. He was 86 years old. Tom was originally born in Los Angeles, but considered Las Vegas home for the last 45 years. He was an all-star athlete at Reedley college from 1957 -1959, where he was a two-time all conference choice in baseball, team captain in football and was inducted into the Tiger Hall-of- Fame. He was an avid golfer and billiards player. Some of his best memories were traveling and playing golf with The Big Whackers, and competing in pool tournaments at The Office 6 Lounge and bar. He is survived by his son Edward and daughter Nancy, and his brothers Mike and Bob. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice in Tom's honor.
